Al vier generaties bouwt Gebr. van der Veekens aan de infra in de regio. Prachtige projecten als Europaplein Volendam, Ringerskwartier Alkmaar en Koemarkt Purmerend die onze leefwereld een stukje mooier maken. Dat doen wij op onze eigen manier; met gedrevenheid voor vakmanschap, korte lijnen en typische Zaanse nuchterheid: niet lullen maar poetsen en (slechte) grappen, omdat werken ook leuk mag zijn. Omdat onze organisatie volop in ontwikkeling is en we onze financiële afdeling verder willen gaan bouwen, zoeken wij iemand die een kei is administratie en die verder kijkt dan alleen het uitvoeren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Wat ga jij doen? Jij bent de motor achter de dagelijkse financiële administratie. Je zorgt dat facturen kloppen, betalingen op tijd gaan en de projectadministratie aansluit op wat er op de bouwplaats gebeurt. Je werkt nauw samen met je teamleider en bent een betrouwbare schakel tussen de finance en de rest van de organisatie. Jij gaat o.a.: - Crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie : Je verwerkt facturen tijdig en nauwkeurig, bewaakt betalingstermijnen en volgt openstaande posten op. Je signaleert afwijkingen proactief en zorgt dat leveranciers en klanten correct en klantvriendelijk worden behandeld. - Financiële verwerking en boekhouding: Je boekt dagelijkse mutaties, bankafschriften en kasstromen. Je houdt de grootboekadministratie up-to-date en draagt bij aan de periodieke afsluitingen. - Projectadministratie: In samenwerking met je teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van projectkosten, urenstaten en inkooporders. Je signaleert onvolkomenheden en zorgt dat de financiële projectregistratie aansluit op de uitvoering. - Rapportage en informatiebeheer: Je levert betrouwbare input voor managementrapportages ...
