Je verzamelt en coördineert alle benodigde informatie om klantcontracten en opdrachten zorgvuldig voor te bereiden voor onze consultants. Wat jij kunt doen als expert Samen met de andere collega's binnen het groeiende F&A-team (8 man) zorg jij ervoor dat alles rondom opdrachten, contracten, projecten, screenings en facturatie wordt ingeregeld. In deze rol heb je veel contact met collega's die actief zijn in de commerciële organisatie, maar ook met klanten om alles operationeel goed te organiseren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van projecten in de administratie en controleert de urenregistratie ten behoeve van een juiste facturatie. Daarnaast stel je verkoopfacturen op en verstuur je deze naar onze klanten. Ook maak je commerciële contracten en offertes op, voer je deze door in de administratie en zorg je voor een correcte verzending. Verder ondersteun je collega's door informatie te verstrekken over contracten en opdrachten en voer je diverse ondersteunende werkzaamheden en controles uit om een efficiënte en nauwkeurige administratie te waarborgen.
