De administratie van een advocatenkantoor draait op uren. Advocaten, notarissen en fiscalisten schrijven uren; die uren worden facturen en die facturen worden omzet. Het inboekwerk naar de bank, crediteuren en debiteuren is ondergebracht bij een shared service center. Wat daar niet gebeurt, is de controle: klopt het, is het compleet, en kan het management erop bouwen. Dat is jouw werk.
