Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig financieel team en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Organisatie Onze klant is een (technische of industriële) handelsorganisatie Functie Je komt te werken binnen een compact en professioneel financieel team. De crediteurenadministratie bestaat uit een klein team waarin samenwerking en elkaar helpen centraal staan. Door de internationale werkomgeving is er regelmatig contact met collega's en relaties buiten Nederland. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige verwerking van kostenfacturen. Je werkt nauw samen met twee collega's binnen de crediteurenadministratie en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie correct, volledig en tijdig wordt verwerkt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Boeken van facturen via automatische verwerking in het ERP-systeem; - Coderen en controleren van inkomende facturen; - Bewaken en opschonen van crediteurenkaarten, zodat facturen tijdig kunnen worden meegenomen in betalingen; - Beantwoorden van vragen van interne en externe klanten; - Controleren van declaraties en verwerken van bijbehorende journaalposten; - Controleren van reiskosten en verwerken van journaalposten; - Ondersteunen bij maandafsluitingen, waaronder balansspecificaties en accruals; - Fungeren als back-up voor andere collega's binnen de financiële administratie. - Je krijgt daarnaast de mogelijkheid om gaandeweg meer verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken.
