De detacheringsbranche brengt een unieke dynamiek met zich mee: wisselende contracten, diverse cao's, urenbrieven en specifieke inleenconstructies. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles van A tot Z klopt. Je werkt nauw samen met de business consultants en het management om de financiële gezondheid van onze organisatie te waarborgen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden Verantwoordelijk voor de complete urenverwerking en de daaruit voortvloeiende (interne en externe) facturatie. Beheren en controleren van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie. Controleren van declaraties en loonjournaalposten in samenwerking met de (externe) salarisadministratie. Voorbereiden van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarjaarafsluitingen. Verzorgen van de btw-aangiften. Signaleren van knelpunten in de processen en het proactief aandragen van verbetervoorstellen. Wat wij vragen HBO werk- en denkniveau , bij voorkeur aangetoond met een relevante opleiding richting Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of Finance & Control. Minimaal 2-3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Ervaring binnen de detacherings-, uitzend- of interim-branche is een sterke pre (kennis van urenregistratiesystemen en specifieke wet- en regelgeving zoals de inlenersbeloning).
