Zoek jij een nauwkeurige financiële functie met een internationaal karakter binnen de Rijksoverheid? Voor de Financiële Service Organisatie (FSO) van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken in Den Haag zoeken wij een gedreven financieel medewerker. In deze rol borg jij de accurate verwerking van stamgegevens en bankcondities van leveranciers wereldwijd, zodat internationale betalingsstromen vlekkeloos en tijdig verlopen. Waar ga je aan de slag? De Financiële Service Organisatie (FSO) verzorgt de financiële bedrijfsvoering voor het departement in Den Haag en alle Nederlandse ambassades en consulaire posten wereldwijd. Binnen een dynamische omgeving wordt gewerkt volgens de LEAN-methodiek om processen continu te optimaliseren en excellente dienstverlening te garanderen. Je komt te werken binnen het cluster Business Partners (onderdeel van de afdeling Financieel Beheer). Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het wereldwijde leveranciersbestand in SAP-ECC. Gezien de uiteenlopende internationale bankvoorwaarden en lokale regelgeving betreft dit een inhoudelijk uitdagend werkveld. Wat ga je doen? Als financieel medewerker zorg je voor het beheer, de controle en de verrijking van stamgegevens van internationale relaties. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer: - Stamgegevensbeheer: Het zorgvuldig controleren, valideren en invoeren van financiële gegevens en bankcondities van leveranciers wereldwijd in SAP-ECC. - Procesoptimalisatie: Het actief signaleren van knelpunten in het relatiebeheer en het meedenken over procesverbeteringen (LEAN). - Vraagbaak & Communicatie: Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen rondom het leveranciersbestand. Je onderhoudt contact met interne stakeholders (zoals de afdeling FEZ), collega's op dip...
