Bij onze opdrachtgever krijg je de ruimte om echt impact te maken. Over de functie Als Financieel Medewerker / Controller ben je meer dan alleen een 'cijferaar'. Je bent de financiële waakhond en adviseur van een groeiend en solide installatiebedrijf. Je houdt de dagelijkse administratie strak op orde, maar kijkt ook vooruit: hoe staan de projecten er voor? Waar liggen kansen voor optimalisatie? Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en krijgt de vrijheid om de administratieve processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Wat ga je doen? Jouw takenpakket is breed en verantwoordelijk. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Projectcontrol: Bewaken van kosten, marges en de voortgang van lopende projecten. - Rapportage: Opstellen van heldere financiële rapportages en analyses voor de directie. - Planning: Opstellen van begrotingen en forecasts. - Jaarafsluiting: Voorbereiden van de jaarrekening en het onderhouden van contact met de accountant. - Procesverbetering: Signaleren van risico's en het optimaliseren van de administratieve workflow. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een proactieve collega met een nuchtere mentaliteit die zich herkent in het volgende profiel: - Opleiding: Je hebt een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO-opleiding in een financiële richting. - Ervaring: Relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol (ervaring binnen het MKB is een grote pré). - Skills: Je bent analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en kunt goed overweg met Excel en financiële software (zoals Exact). - Persoonlijkheid: Je bent communicatief vaardig, loyaal en voelt je thuis in een team waar kwaliteit en humor hand in hand gaan.
