Onze recruiter Marian van 't Hof 06-34115910 [email protected] Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Hoofdfocus: crediteurenadministratie + marketing & receptie Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële administratie strak en overzichtelijk blijft. Geen gedoe, gewoon goed geregeld. Je houdt je bezig met: - het controleren, verwerken en boeken van inkomende facturen; - contact met leveranciers bij vragen of afwijkingen; - uitzoekwerk en het signaleren van verbeterkansen in processen; - ondersteuning bij diverse administratieve werkzaamheden. Naast je financiële rol pak je ook taken op binnen marketing en receptie: - je helpt mee met kleine marketing- en communicatietaken (denk aan social posts of teksten checken); - je neemt de telefoon op en ontvangt bezoekers met een glimlach; - je ondersteunt het officeteam waar nodig; - en ja - ook regel je bestellingen, verzorg je de planten of red je het koffiezetapparaat van een storing Kortom: een rol met afwisseling. Precies zoals we 'm zelf ook leuk vinden.
