Als financieel medewerker crediteuren bij Vermaat in IJsselstein werk je met leveranciers en managers. Je krijgt ruimte voor eigen initiatief en zorgt samen met een enthousiast team voor een actuele en correcte administratie. Jouw werkplek Op ons servicekantoor in IJsselstein werk je samen met collega's die de operatie op uiteenlopende Vermaat-locaties ondersteunen. Vanuit hier draag je met jouw financiële kennis bij aan onze horecalocaties en collega's door het hele land. Omdat Vermaat onderdeel is van Compass Group, werken we ook regelmatig vanuit het kantoor in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Werken op het servicekantoor betekent werken in een groeiend, professioneel en persoonlijk bedrijf, waar professionaliteit en gezelligheid hand in hand gaan. Je maakt deel uit van een enthousiast team binnen de crediteurenadministratie. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de administratie actueel blijft en beoordelen jullie kritisch waar processen beter kunnen. Er is ruimte voor eigen inbreng en initiatief wordt gewaardeerd. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op een gezonde lunch, borrels, BBQ's en andere leuke activiteiten. Jouw functie Als financieel medewerker crediteuren zorg je samen met je team voor een tijdige en juiste verwerking van binnenkomende facturen. Je schakelt met leveranciers, locatie- en regiomanagers en krijgt ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen: - Verwerk je binnenkomende facturen tijdig en juist; - Onderhoud je contact met crediteuren over betalingen; - Beantwoord je ad-hoc vragen van locatie- en regiomanagers; - Signaleer je verbetermogelijkheden binnen de processen; - Rapporteer je verbeterpunten aan je teamleider.
