Als financieel medewerker ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor budgethouders en teammanagers binnen het domein. Je zorgt voor inzicht in de financiële stand van zaken, signaleert ontwikkelingen en adviseert over mogelijkheden om budgetten en middelen effectief in te zetten. - Je ondersteunt budgethouders bij financiële vraagstukken, monitort budgetten en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen. Je adviseert teammanagers over mogelijke bijsturing. - Je bereidt financiële analyses en prognoses voor de maand- en tertiaalgesprekken voor en zorgt voor heldere en betrouwbare managementrapportages en dashboards. - Je levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan de planning-en-controlproducten, zoals de Voorjaarsrapportage (VJR), Kadernota en Najaarsrapportage (NJR). Daarbij signaleer je financiële risico's en adviseer je over beheersmaatregelen. - Je brengt inkomsten, bijvoorbeeld uit leges, in beeld en bewaakt de uitgangspunten voor kostendekkendheid. - Je zorgt voor een juiste, volledige en tijdige financiële administratie en boekhouding en creëert hierover overzicht en rapportages. - Voor de functie binnen het domein Fysieke Leefomgeving: je bewaakt de juiste, volledige en tijdige urenregistratie in K2F en rapporteert over afwijkingen. - Je analyseert financiële gegevens, maakt deze begrijpelijk voor collega's en werkt samen met financieel medewerkers en collega's van Strategie, Finance en Control aan het verbeteren van de financiële informatievoorziening.
