The posting

Als Allround Financieel Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse financiële administratie van SteamTalmark klopt en actueel is. Je werkt hierin grotendeels zelfstandig en rapporteert aan de Financial Controller. Samen zorgen jullie voor een betrouwbare en inzichtelijke financiële administratie.

Naast de reguliere administratie ben je betrokken bij de verschillende projecten die binnen SteamTalmark lopen. Je houdt zicht op uren, kosten en opbrengsten en signaleert wanneer zaken afwijken. Voor analyses en rapportages werk je nauw samen met de Financial Controller.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen; • Beheren van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie; • Verzorgen van de btw-aangiften; • Verwerken van bankmutaties en voorbereiden van betalingen; • Bewaken van uren, kosten en opbrengsten per project; • Controleren van de financiële voortgang van projecten en signaleren van afwijkingen; • Beheren van contracten en abonnementen; • Opstellen van periodieke rapportages voor interne teams en klanten, samen met de Financial Controller; • Opvolgen van afwijkingen en nabellen van openstaande facturen; • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega's, leveranciers en klanten; • Meedenken over het verbeteren en efficiënter inrichten van financiële processen.

Daarnaast pak je een kleiner gedeelte van de personeelsadministratie op. Denk hierbij aan de verlof- en verzuimadministratie, declaraties en onkostenvergoedingen en de afstemming met de externe salarisadministratie.

Je krijgt daarmee een functie waarin je enerzijds zelfstandig verantwoordelijk bent voor de dagelijkse financiële administratie en anderzijds breder betrokken bent bij wat er financieel binnen de organisatie en de verschillende projecten speelt.
