Vacature Financieel Medewerker Financieel medewerker (M/V) voor 12 tot 20 uur per week Wij zoeken een nieuwe collega die ze letterlijk en figuurlijk op een rijtje heeft, de cijfers, maar ook opgewekt in het leven staat en contact en samenwerking met collega's erg belangrijk vindt. Het is maandag, (of dinsdag) en yes, je mag weer aan de slag bij Dappr. Eerst even vlug door de laatste binnengekomen mailtjes en de post. Daarna een rondje langs de collega's op kantoor, even zien en horen wat hier speelt. Daarna ontmoet je ook online nog even een collega uit Haarlem die een vraag heeft over een declaratie om daarna de cijfers weer goed op een rijtje te zetten. Wij zoeken een nieuwe collega die ze letterlijk en figuurlijk op een rijtje heeft, de cijfers, maar ook opgewekt in het leven staat en contact en samenwerking met collega's erg belangrijk vindt. Zie jij jezelf werken binnen een dynamische omgeving van online en marketing en houd je van afwisseling en collega's die je ook weleens in de maling kunnen nemen? Dan hebben we een mooie uitdagende baan voor je Wat ga je doen? Je takenpakket bestaat uit een breed pakket aan financieel-administratieve taken. Van het inboeken van facturen tot het maken van heldere rapportages. Je verwerkt de inkoopfacturen, verzorgt de belastingaangiftes, zorgt voor betalingen en schakelt voor personeelsmutaties met de externe salarisadministratie. Je weet het overzicht te houden en werkzaamheden op prioriteit in te delen. Wij houden van slim werken. Daarom hebben we al veel processen geautomatiseerd. Exact online helpt ons hierbij. Het zou mooi zijn dat je dan ook al vriend van Exact bent. Wij zoeken iemand die: - minimaal een afgeronde MBO opleiding heeft; - 3-5 jaar werkervaring in een financieel administratieve functie; - bekend is met Exact online; - uitstekende sociale en communicatie vaardigheden (in woord en geschrift) heeft; - creatief genoeg is om iets grappigs te verzinnen als er tussendoor...
