Solliciteer direct en maak deel uit van een gezellig team! Dit ga je doen Als Financieel Medewerker ga je aan de slag met de complete financiële administratie van verschillende VvE's. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt: van het opmaken en controleren van facturen tot het klaarzetten van betalingen. Je ondersteunt bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen, verzorgt de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie en past KVK-gegevens aan waar nodig. Daarnaast maak je rapportages voor bestuursvergaderingen en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor financiële vragen van klanten. Je krijgt een eigen portefeuille van 60 tot 80 VvE's, waarbij elke administratie zijn eigen deadlines heeft. Vooral in het voorjaar is het wat drukker, in het najaar juist wat rustiger. Je werkt binnen een hecht team waar humor en samenwerking centraal staan. Overzicht bewaren en accuraat werken is belangrijk, want jij zorgt dat alles op tijd af is.
