Daarnaast hebben zij ook nog een vestiging in Eindhoven. Je komt te werken in een team waarbij je 6 collega's hebt die samen met jou verantwoordelijk zijn voor de financiële administratie. De sfeer kun je omschrijven als nuchter, gezellig en proactief. Je hebt veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en nieuwe inzichten en verbeteringen worden zeer gewaardeerd. Functieomschrijving In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een combinatie van GL Accounting, project control en debiteurenbeheer. Je zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie klopt en houdt tegelijkertijd grip op de projecten binnen de organisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en controleren van het grootboek; - Controleren en opvolgen van tussenrekeningen en uitzoeken waar verschillen vandaan komen; - Verwerken en controleren van bankboekingen waar nodig; - Bijhouden van debiteuren en opvolgen van openstaande facturen via mail en telefoon; - Controleren of gewerkte uren binnen de opdrachten correct en tijdig zijn geregistreerd; - Bewaken van de financiële voortgang van projecten en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Meedenken over het slimmer en efficiënter inrichten van financiële processen. De functie past goed bij iemand die graag inhoudelijk met de financiële administratie bezig is, maar tegelijkertijd wil begrijpen waarom bepaalde cijfers ontstaan en hoe processen verbeterd kunnen worden. Functie-eisen - 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar - Je hebt een afgeronde MBO/HBO studie in een financiële richting - Je brengt een goede dosis enthousiasme en nieuwsgierigheid met je mee - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris op basis van jouw kennis en kunde (salarisrange is tot €4500 per maand) - 3...
