Als Financieel Medewerker Grootboek in Capelle aan den IJssel houd jij grip op de financiële administratie en draag je bij aan een soepele maandafsluiting. Wat hebben we jou te bieden? Als Financieel Medewerker Grootboek werk je 36 tot 40 uur per week binnen een ervaren finance team. Je profiteert van flexibele starttijden en kunt 40% van je uren vanuit huis werken. Je start via een detavastconstructie, met concreet uitzicht op een vast contract. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.500 en €4.500 op basis van 40 uur; - Maar liefst 38 vrije dagen per jaar; - Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer; - Pensioenregeling - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Over de functie Vanuit de vestiging in Capelle aan den IJssel werk je bij een landelijk opererende organisatie binnen de technische infrastructuur. Samen met twee ervaren collega's vorm je vanuit een open kantoortuin het finance team en werk je nauw samen met de Finance Manager. Als Financieel Medewerker Grootboek richt jij je op het grootboek van de volledige organisatie en dus niet op slechts één regio. - Het grootboek beheren, balansanalyses uitvoeren en de btw-aangiftes en btw-rondrekening verzorgen; - Wekelijks cashflowoverzichten maken en het betalingsverkeer nauwlettend bewaken; - Tijdens de maandafsluiting lever je jouw bijdrage en stel je het balansdossier voor de accountant samen; - Financiële processen houd je kritisch tegen het licht om kansen voor verbetering of meer efficiëntie te signaleren; - Bij vakanties of piekdrukte ondersteun je incidenteel bij werkzaamheden rondom debiteuren en crediteuren.
