The posting

Als Financieel Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de financiële administratie goed en overzichtelijk verloopt. Je houdt het overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat alles op tijd wordt verwerkt. Van facturen en betalingen tot het ondersteunen van klanten bij financiële vragen: jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt.

Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en overzichtelijke financiële administratie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Verwerken en controleren van inkoopfacturen; - Beheren van debiteuren en crediteuren; - Controleren van pakbonnen en zorgen dat alles administratief klopt; - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten over betalingen en financieringen; - Adviseren over betalingsregelingen en actief meedenken met klanten; - Werken met boekhoudsoftware, zoals Exact Online; - Toepassen van btw-regels en andere financiële richtlijnen.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie altijd op orde is.

Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt een MBO 3- of 4-diploma in een bedrijfseconomische richting; - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een financiële en/of administratieve functie; -
