Financieel medewerker onderwijs Alkmaar Als financieel medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat alles achter de schermen financieel goed geregeld is. Jij houdt je bezig met de administratie rondom leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat facturen en betalingen goed worden verwerkt. Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid kunnen collega's vertrouwen op een administratie die klopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment controleer je gegevens, het andere moment heb je contact met leveranciers of collega's om vragen op te lossen. Zo draag jij iedere dag bij aan een soepel lopende financiële administratie! Wat zijn jouw werkzaamheden? - Verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen. - Zorgdragen voor tijdige en correcte betalingen. - Beantwoorden van vragen van collega's en leveranciers. - Monitoren en opvolgen van openstaande posten. - Controleren en archiveren van financiële documenten. - Signaleren en verbeteren van werkprocessen. - Bijdragen aan maand- en jaarafsluitingen. Je werkt 40 uur per week. Je start zo snel mogelijk en gaat aan de slag tot 1 maart 2027 met een kans op een verlenging. Na je inwerkperiode krijg je de mogelijk om 1 dag per week thuis te werken. Functie eisen Als financieel medewerker ben jij iemand die structuur brengt in een afwisselende omgeving. Je wacht niet af, maar pakt zaken zelfstandig op en durft vragen te stellen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent proactief en communiceert helder met collega's en leveranciers. Ook in drukke of veranderende situaties weet jij het overzicht te behouden en blijf je rustig en gefocust. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende: - Minimaal mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur financieel). - Ervaring met crediteurenadministratie.
