Als projectadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de project- en financiële administratie van meerdere vestigingen. Vanuit de vestiging in Zwolle werk je zelfstandig en zorg je ervoor dat de financiële gegevens van projecten juist, volledig en op tijd worden verwerkt. Je hebt veel contact met bedrijfsleiders en projectleiders en weet daardoor precies wat er binnen de projecten speelt. Je verwerkt en controleert begrotingen, uren, inkoopfacturen en meer- en minderwerk en bewaakt continu de financiële voortgang. Zie je dat cijfers afwijken of dat informatie ontbreekt? Dan signaleer je dit en onderneem je actie. Daarnaast stel je tussen- en nacalculaties, projectoverzichten en andere rapportages op en verzorg je de facturatie. Ook houd je de openstaande betalingen in de gaten. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de dagelijkse administratie en denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer, efficiënter en meer geautomatiseerd kunnen worden. Hierbij werk je met Microsoft 365 en het projectadministratiesysteem. Je staat er niet alleen voor: je kunt rekenen op betrokken collega's die met je meedenken en je ondersteunen waar nodig. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de cijfers achter de projecten kloppen en geeft bedrijfsleiders en projectleiders het inzicht dat zij nodig hebben om hun projecten financieel goed te sturen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt gemakkelijk overzicht en vindt het prettig om met cijfers en systemen te werken. Wanneer informatie ontbreekt, wacht je niet af, maar neem je zelf contact op met de juiste collega.
