WO Bepaalde tijd OPE-145727 Yes Financieel projectbeheerser Jouw rol Als adviseur FBP vorm jij samen de projectmanagers en -leiders van het cluster SO het financieel geweten van Rotterdamse projecten. Vanuit een integrale kijk op projectbeheersing weet jij de financiën van jouw projecten volledig op orde te houden. Hierbij streef je natuurlijk naar een collegiale en dienstverlenende samenwerking binnen het projectteam, maar ben jij ook bereid om proactief en kritisch te adviseren wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Kortom; Jij bent te allen tijde in control! Als gewaardeerd onderdeel van de Rotterdamse projectenorganisatie lever jij een belangrijk aandeel in de ontwikkeling van de stad. Dit doe je onder andere door op uitstekende wijze vorm en inhoud te geven aan een gevarieerd scala aan taken en verantwoordelijkheden waarvan de onderstaande de belangrijkste zijn: - Adviseren over de inrichting van de projectstructuur; - Samenstellen en bewaken van het financieel projectdossier; - Opstellen van financiële prognoses; - Signaleren van, adviseren op en rapporteren over onder- of overschrijding van budgetten; - Opstellen van financiële voortgangrapportages Jouw profiel Een uitdagend takenpakket met een brede verantwoordelijkheid - laat je daardoor niet weerhouden.
