Financieel Rechterhand Zaakvoerder (M/V/X) - Regio Kortrijk

Voor een gevestigde waarde in projectbusiness in de regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een financiële rechterhand van de zaakvoerder. Met bijna drie decennia ervaring werkt dit bedrijf voor grote namen in diverse sectoren. Ze staan voor een nieuwe fase en jij zorgt mee voor de fundering van die nieuwe structuur.

Wat ga je doen als Financieel Rechterhand Zaakvoerer (M/V/X)?

Je neemt de volledige financiële en administratieve verantwoordelijkheid op - voor de Belgische én de Franse entiteiten. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerder en bent zijn vaste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met cijfers, compliance en beheer te maken heeft.

  • Je sluit de jaarrekeningen af voor de Belgische en Franse vennootschappen en bereidt de dossiers voor voor de accountant en revisor.
  • Je volgt fiscale verplichtingen op in beide landen: voorafbetalingen, vennootschapsbelasting, btw-aangiften.
  • Je beheert de liquiditeiten en doet aan cashplanning over meerdere vennootschappen.
  • Je controleert de payroll voor de Belgische en Franse medewerkers en volgt afwijkingen op.
  • Je beheert het verzekeringsportefeuille en optimaliseert waar mogelijk.
  • Je volgt juridische dossiers op: kapitaalsverhogingen, statutenwijzigingen, aandelenstructuur.
  • Je vraagt subsidies en investeringsdossiers aan en volgt Europese steunmaatregelen op.
  • Je zorgt voor de opvolging van milieu- en vergunningsdossiers.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van het ERP pakket.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een master of bachelor in finance, accountancy of een vergelijkbare richting - of aantoonbare ervaring die dat compenseert.
  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een KMO-omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met volledige boekhoudcycli, inclusief maand- en jaarafsluit.
  • Je kent de Belgische fiscale en sociale wetgeving en hebt affiniteit met of kennis van de Franse regelgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én het Frans.
