Dit kun jij inzetten - Financieel inzicht - Administratieve vaardigheden - Nauwkeurigheid - Betrouwbaarheid - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Overzicht houden - Plannen en organiseren - Samenwerken - Bestuurlijk meedenken Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt deel aan de bestuursvergadering en denkt mee over het reilen en zeilen van Tripodia. - Je verwerkt de administratie, waaronder inkoopfacturen en bankmutaties. - Je verzorgt betalingen, zoals salarissen, belastingen en crediteuren. - Je stelt de maandcijfers en de jaarlijkse begroting op. - Je bereidt de stukken voor de jaarrekening voor. De jaarrekening wordt opgesteld door Administratiekantoor Peter Guyt. - Je overlegt periodiek met de beheerders over de administratie en andere zaken die afstemming vragen. - Je stemt een of twee keer per jaar af met de penningmeester van Baptistengemeente Katwijk.
