RK Vastgoed verhuurd vastgoed aan bedrijven en consumenten. Het kleine team van eigenaar en onderhouds-collega werken we dagelijks aan het onderhouden van alle gebouwen en woningen. Tevens ontwikkelen we ook projecten. Het bedrijf is onderdeel van een cluster met andere entiteiten waarin o.a. onroerend goed bevindt. De cultuur is als open, nuchter en direct te omschrijven. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? - Financieel beheer: Verzorgen van de huurfacturatie, servicekostenafrekeningen en bewaken van huurachterstanden. - Boekhouding: Inboeken van inkoopfacturen, verwerken van bankmutaties en voorbereiden van de jaarcijfers. - Technisch & commercieel beheer: Schakel tussen huurders, eigenaren en onderhoudspartijen bij storingen of mutaties. Wat vragen wij? - Opleiding: Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau in een financiële of vastgoedstudie. - Ervaring: Minimaal 2-3 jaar relevante werkervaring in vastgoedbeheer én administratie. - Kennis: Ervaring met Excel, Word en Exactonline is een pré. - Competenties: Cijfermatig sterk, communicatief vaardig, accuraat en zelfstandigheid.
