Voor een gevestigde sociale onderneming in regio Genk zijn wij op zoek naar een Financieel Verantwoordelijke die de financiële werking mee naar een hoger niveau tilt.

De organisatie combineert een professionele bedrijfsvoering met een duidelijke maatschappelijke doelstelling. Om deze activiteiten ook financieel duurzaam verder uit te bouwen, zoeken we een ervaren kandidaat die overzicht bewaart, financiële inzichten vertaalt naar concrete adviezen en als sparringpartner voor het management optreedt.

In deze brede functie combineert u financial controlling, rapportering, budgettering en financiële analyse met verantwoordelijkheid over de algemene financiële werking. U werkt nauw samen met het management en een ervaren boekhoudkundig medewerker.

Dit is geen klassieke functie waarin u dagelijks zelf de volledige boekhouding voert. Uw toegevoegde waarde ligt voornamelijk in analyse, controle, rapportering, begeleiding en financieel vooruitkijken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een stevige financiële achtergrond die verder kijkt dan enkel de verwerking van cijfers.

  • U beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen finance, accounting en/of controlling;
  • U begrijpt een balans en resultatenrekening grondig en kan boekingen en financiële processen kritisch beoordelen;
  • U bent sterk in financiële analyse, rapportering en budgettering;
  • U beschikt over een goede kennis van Excel;
  • U bent in staat om financiële informatie om te zetten naar begrijpelijke inzichten;
  • U werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig;
  • U durft kritisch naar cijfers en processen te kijken en uw advies te formuleren;
  • U neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt proactief mee met het management;
  • U bent communicatief en kan financiële informatie toelichten aan collega's zonder financiële achtergrond;
  • U beschikt over de nodige maturiteit om een medewerker te begeleiden en richting te geven.

Ervaring met projectfinanciering, subsidiestromen of verschillende financieringsvormen vormt een mooie meerwaarde, maar is geen absolute vereiste
