Financieel VvE-beheerder Ben jij op zoek naar een baan waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor meerdere financiële administraties? Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn we per direct op zoek naar een medewerk(st)er voor ons financiële teamafdeling financiële administratie. Als financieel VvE-beheerder - Zorg je voor de controle en verwerking van inkoopfacturen; - Voer je de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie; - Zet je de betaal- en incassobatches klaar; - Draag je zorg voor het boeken en controleren van de banken; - Stel je de tussentijdse cijfers, jaarrekening en begroting op; - Onderhoud je contact met leveranciers en (bestuurs)leden van de VvE's; - Ben je de vraagbaak voor de kascommissieleden van de VvE's; - Voer je wijzigingen door bij de Kamer van Koophandel en banken. Samen met negen collega's maak je deel uit van het financiële teamfinanciële administratie. Je draagt zorg voor een aantal VvE's waarvoor jij de financiële administratie voert. Verantwoording leg je af aan de VvE-manager van de betreffende VvE. Welke competenties heb je daarvoor nodig? - Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau, met voorkeur een afgeronde opleiding boekhouding/financiële administratie; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent goed in het plannen van werkzaamheden; - Je bent een teamplayer.
