Ben jij iemand die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt en ervoor zorgt dat alles op financieel gebied soepel verloopt? In deze rol combineer je salarisadministratie en financiële verwerking in één dynamische functie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct uitbetalen van salarissen, verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in onze financiële administratie en draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van onze processen. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - Wekelijks de uren en mutaties controleert en verwerkt in het loon- en salarissysteem; - Salarisruns controleert en de output verwerkt in de financiële administratie; - Aangiftes en premieafdrachten nauwkeurig checkt; - Rapportages en analyses maakt over uren en personeelskosten; - Actief bijdraagt aan de planning- en controlcyclus binnen het salarisproces; - Een aanspreekpunt bent voor collega's met vragen over loon en salaris. Kortom: jij zorgt dat alles financieel klopt en dat collega's zich geholpen en ondersteund voelen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met salarisadministratie, bijvoorbeeld als salarisadministrateur, financieel medewerker of HR-payroll specialist; - Bekendheid met loon- en salarispakketten (bij voorkeur Nmbrs) en goede kennis van Office 365; - Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau; - Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk in je werk; - Een echte teamspeler die het leuk vindt om collega's verder te helpen en processen te verbeteren.
