Arbeitsort: Anif

Deine Aufgaben

* Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung einschließlich Anlagenbuchhaltung;

* Laufende Abstimmung und Pflege der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkonten;

* Vorbereitung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse;

* Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen (UVA) sowie Zusammenfassende Meldungen (ZM);

* Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten (Backoffice, Büroorganisation);

* Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben während Urlaubs- und Abwesenheitszeiten;

* Erstellung interner Reports und Auswertungen.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung;

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung;

* Abgeschlossene Finanzbuchhalterprüfung von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich;

* Kenntnisse in BMD sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung;

* Idealerweise Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen;

* Selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise;

* Hohe Zuverlässigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet, darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei EUR 38.183,60 brutto/Jahr auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung liegt.
