Seit bald 35 Jahren kümmert sich die Vinzenzgemeinschaft VinziWerke Österreich um Menschen in unterschiedlichen Notlagen. In den Einrichtungen der VinziWerke Österreich finden täglich bis zu 450 Menschen Unterkunft und 1.700 Personen werden mit Essen und Lebensmitteln versorgt.

Für die VinziWerke Österreich suchen wir ab sofort eine 1 Finanzmanager/in Leitung Finanzen (m/w/d)

Mind. 30 WS, unbefristet, ab sofort; Dienstort: Graz

Seit 1990 kümmert sich die Vinzenzgemeinschaft VinziWerke Österreich durch das Betreiben von

Notschlafstellen, Dauerherbergen und Sozialprojekten um Menschen in unterschiedlichen Notlagen. Wir

suchen ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Leitung des Finanzbereichs. Als Stabstelle der

Geschäftsführung sind Sie in dieser Position für die Planung, Abwicklung und das Controlling der

Finanzen der VinziWerke Österreich zuständig. Der Aufgabenbereich ist abwechslungsreich und

verantwortungsvoll. Sie werden von einer Mitarbeiterin unterstützt und leisten in dieser Funktion einen

wichtigen Beitrag für ein soziales Miteinander in unserer Gesellschaft.

Ihre Aufgaben:

º Ansprechperson für Geschäftsführung sowie Schnittstelle zu externen Partner*innen

º Strategische Finanzplanung der Einrichtungen und Projekte

º Konzeption und laufende Weiterentwicklung eines automatisierten Controlling-Systems in

enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

º Budgetplanung und -kontrolle in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

º Regelmäßiges Controlling und Reporting, Datenaufbereitung

º Laufende Liquiditätsplanung und -übersicht

º Jahresabschluss und Wirtschaftsprüfung: Mitarbeit und Schnittstelle

º Führung und Vertretung einer Mitarbeiterin

Wir erwarten:

º Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Betriebswirtschaft bzw.

vergleichbare Qualifikation

º Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling und/oder Finanzmanagement, idealerweise im

Non-Profit-Bereich

º Datenaffinität, IT- und Digitalisierungskompetenz, insbesondere in Excel sowie BMD

º Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

º Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen nach Wien und Salzburg
