Je komt terecht bij een familiebedrijf dat al jarenlang machines ontwikkelt voor klanten over de hele wereld. De machines worden grotendeels in eigen huis gebouwd, waardoor je het volledige proces van dichtbij leert kennen. Je werkt samen met collega's die hun technische kennis graag delen en krijgt de tijd om het vak onder de knie te krijgen. De grootste troef? Je bouwt hier niet alleen machines op, maar ook jouw eigen technische expertise.

Jobomschrijving

Je werkt mee aan de laatste stappen voordat een machine klaar is om naar de klant te vertrekken. Je krijgt begeleiding en bouwt geleidelijk meer zelfstandigheid op.

  • Je helpt machines en productielijnen mechanisch en pneumatisch af te stellen volgens de afgesproken specificaties.
  • Je controleert elektrische aansluitingen aan de hand van schema's en leert de werking van verschillende componenten kennen.
  • Je helpt bij het inladen van PLC-programma's en leert parameters instellen voor onder andere frequentieregelaars en metaaldetectoren.
  • Je test samen met je collega's of de machine correct en veilig werkt en leert technische afwijkingen herkennen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de FAT, waarbij de volledige machine wordt getest voordat ze naar de klant vertrekt.

Je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn. Met een goede technische basis en de motivatie om bij te leren kan je hier verder groeien.

  • Je hebt een bachelor, graduaat of secundair diploma in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt interesse in mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en industriële machines.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het interessant om te begrijpen hoe verschillende machineonderdelen samenwerken.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en durft vragen te stellen wanneer je iets nog niet kent.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt nauwkeurig en wil stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
