Deine Aufgaben

* Sie unterstützen bei der ganzheitlichen Beratung von Firmenkund_innen mit Schwerpunkt Finanzierung

* Sie bauen Ihr eigenes Netzwerk in der Region Rohrbach aktiv auf und gehen proaktiv in den Markt

* Sie betreuen bestehende Kund_innen und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung des Kundenportfolios mit

* Sie analysieren Finanzierungsbedarfe und erarbeiten passende Lösungen gemeinsam mit Spezialist_innen

* Sie repräsentieren die Bank in der Region und stärken unsere Marktpräsenz

Deine Kompetenzen

* Erste Erfahrung im Firmenkundengeschäft oder in der Kund_innenberatung

* Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Finanzierungsbereich von Vorteil

* Hohe Vertriebsaffinität sowie Freude daran, aktiv auf Kund_innen zuzugehen

* Gutes Netzwerk bzw. die Motivation, sich eines aufzubauen

* Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative

* Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
