Tätigkeit: Vertrieb / Kund_innenberatung

Ihre Rolle

* Ganzheitliche Kundenbetreuung, mit Fokus auf KMU

* Selbstständige Akquisition von Neukund:innen sowie Intensivierung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

* Laufendes Beziehungsmanagement und Heben von Cross Selling Potenzialen

* Portfolioverantwortung hinsichtlich Volumina, Ertrag, Cross Selling sowie Risikoentwicklung

* Erarbeiten maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für alle unsere Finanzprodukte sowie Vorbereitung von Kredit- und Förderanträgen

Ihr Profil

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Kommerzkundengeschäft

* Empathie und Freude am Vertrieb und an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Risikobewusstsein, lösungsorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise

* Out of the box-Denken, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement

* Neugierde und Motivation "mehr Wert zu schaffen"

Gehalt & Benefits

Das Mindestjahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis EUR 70.000 brutto. Das tatsächliche Jahresgehalt richtet sich selbstverständlich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Dieses legen wir gerne gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch mit Ihnen fest.
