Deine Rolle im Team

Als Firmenkundenbetreuer_in betreust du unsere Firmenkunden_innen und bist für sie eine verlässliche erste Anlaufstelle in finanziellen Fragen. Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse, entwickelst passende Lösungen und setzt diese im Interesse unserer Kund_innen und der Bank um. Durch aktives Networking baust du dein eigenes Kundennetzwerk auf und stärkst bestehende Partnerschaften mit gezieltem Beziehungsmanagement und Cross-Selling.

Das solltest du dafür mitbringen

* Erfahrung im Finanzsektor und in der Betreuung von Firmenkund_innen.

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke.

* Freude daran, Menschen auf Augenhöhe zu begegnen.

* Eigenständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten.
