Als First Line Contact Advisor ben jij het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf. Je beantwoordt niet alleen oproepen, maar denkt actief mee, spot commerciële opportuniteiten en maakt van elk contact een bewijs dat de klant bij ons in de beste handen is. Geen klassieke onthaalrol, maar een onmisbare schakel in het klantentraject. Denk aan: “Het pand waarvoor u belt is helaas zojuist verkocht, maar we hebben nog een gelijkaardig pand in portefeuille dat binnenkort op de markt komt.”

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent het eerste telefonische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt dat elke interactie vriendelijk, professioneel en vlot verloopt.
  • Je beantwoordt inkomende oproepen op een klantgerichte manier en helpt klanten snel op weg met de juiste informatie.
  • Je registreert klantgegevens zorgvuldig en maakt een eerste inschatting van hun wensen of noden.
  • Je denkt mee en herkent commerciële opportuniteiten, die je tijdig doorgeeft aan het verkoopteam.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig met administratieve taken, zodat het team efficiënt kan werken.
  • Je werkt vlot met interne tools en systemen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van alle klantcontacten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant na het contact weet dat hij of zij bij ons in de beste handen is.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en straalt professionaliteit uit.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands en in het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je luistert aandachtig, stelt gerichte vragen en kan snel inschatten wat een klant nodig heeft.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan goed overweg met digitale tools en systemen.
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en ziet kansen om klanten verder te helpen of door te verwijzen.
  • Je beschikt over een eerste stevige ervaring in een onthaal-, klantendienst- of commerciële ondersteuningsfunctie.
