Voor een internationaal en groeiend distributiecentrum zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven First Line Manager. Je komt terecht in een dynamische logistieke omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en teamwork centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als First Line Manager stuur je een team aan en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse operaties vlot, efficiënt en veilig verlopen.

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van je team
  • Instaan voor de dagelijkse planning en organisatie
  • Opvolgen van KPI's, productiviteit en kwaliteit
  • Toezien op de veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures
  • Analyseren van resultaten en uitvoeren van verbeteracties
  • Zorgen voor een positieve en motiverende werkomgeving
  • Flexibel inspelen op wisselende prioriteiten en piekmomenten

Je bent een sterke people manager met ervaring in een logistieke omgeving en weet als geen ander hoe je een team motiveert en resultaten behaalt.

  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team binnen logistiek, magazijn of distributie
  • Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden
  • Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en blijft rustig onder druk
  • Goede kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Bereid om in wisselende diensten te werken
