Ben jij een erkend accountant ITAA die graag dossiers van a tot z beheert en dicht bij klanten staat? Haal je energie uit fiscaliteit, verantwoordelijkheid en het begeleiden van collega’s? Dan kan deze rol wel eens perfect bij jou passen.

In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw cliënten en beheer je zelfstandig accountancydossiers, zowel vanop kantoor als ter plaatse bij de klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat fiscale en statutaire verplichtingen correct en tijdig worden nageleefd. Daarnaast neem je ook een coachende rol op naar dossierbeheerders en help je mee om de kwaliteit van het werk te bewaken.

Wat ga je doen:

• Je beheert dossiers volledig van a tot z

• Je sluit balansen af en maakt jaarrekeningen op

• Je verzorgt fiscale aangiften personenbelasting

• Je bereidt fiscale aangiften vennootschapsbelasting voor

• Je staat cliënten bij tijdens fiscale controles

• Je bespreekt dossiers en advies met cliënten

• Je stuurt medewerkers aan en begeleidt hen in hun ontwikkeling

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen accountancy en het bedrijfsleven

• Je beschikt over de erkenning als accountant ITAA

• Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs of universitair onderwijs in een boekhoudkundige en/of fiscale richting

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd

• Je bent sociaal, communicatief en professioneel in de omgang met klanten en collega’s

• Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en behoudt ook onder druk het overzicht

• Je weet medewerkers op een goede manier aan te sturen en te ondersteunen

• Je kiest bewust voor een langdurige samenwerking

• Je hebt een sterke interesse in fiscaliteit en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om je kennis continu verder uit te bouwen
