Fiscaal adviseur Geplaatst op 08-09-2026 HealthBytes is op zoek naar een fiscaal adviseur voor een dynamische organisatie in de omgeving van Den Bosch. De organisatie richt zich voornamelijk op het MKB en onderscheidt zich door deskundig en persoonlijk advies in begrijpelijke taal. De functie De organisatie is op zoek naar een allrounder op het gebied van fiscale advisering. Je hebt hier de mogelijkheid om breder te adviseren dan één specifieke specialisatie en je zal dus ook de vertrouwenspersoon zijn of worden voor diverse klanten. De nadruk in deze functie ligt op het contact met de klant en niet op de 'productie'. Je werkt in een team van specialisten. Er is echter behoefte aan meer senioriteit in het team, dus het is belangrijk om je kennis en ervaring ook te delen. Uiteraard moet je dit leuk vinden en het is ook een specifiek onderdeel van de functie om je collega's op dat vlak op sleeptouw te nemen. Daarnaast wordt er veel in kennis geïnvesteerd, zodat de organisatie de huidige ontwikkelingen op het gebied van automatisering en AI als kans kan aangrijpen om een nog beter product aan te bieden. Er kan met recht worden gesproken over een innovatieve organisatie. Indien je de ambitie hebt om door te groeien naar een positie met leidinggevende werkzaamheden, dan is daar ook de ruimte voor. Het is geen vereiste, maar men creëert graag een omgeving waarin je voor langere tijd jezelf kan uitdagen en op meerdere vlakken door kan groeien.
