Wij houden ons daarnaast bezig met de boekhouding en adviseren middelgrote en grote ondernemingen op het gebied van belasting- en ondernemingsrecht, vooral uit Midden-Europa - uit landen zoals Polen, Slowakije, Tsjechië en Litouwen, maar ook uit Duitsland en Engeland. De meerderheid van onze cliënten heeft Poolse of Slowaakse afkomst, daarom spreekt ieder van onze medewerkers Pools. Op kantoor heerst een open werksfeer; samen schrikken we niet terug voor uitdagingen. Iedereen werkt zelfstandig en is verantwoordelijk voor zijn of haar taken. Jouw rol: Je werkt samen met een collega en de directeur bij het opstellen van de jaarrekeningen, opstellen van de VPB‑aangiften van de ondernemingen en bespreekt de VPB‑aangifte en de jaarrekening met de klant; waar nodig geef je advies. Je stelt ook IB‑aangiften op en fungeert als adviseur voor onze internationale en nationale klanten. Je maakt termijnrapportages voor onze klanten, wat betekent dat je zelf ook mutaties in de boekhouding moet kunnen verwerken. Je werkt zelfstandig aan diverse vraagstukken van klanten en bent tevens relatiebeheerder: je begeleidt klanten. Jouw takenpakket - Opstellen van jaarrekeningen - Opstellen van aangiften (VPB en IB) - Bespreken van aangiften en jaarrekeningen met klanten - Verzorgen en bewaken van uitstelregeling - Het verzorgen van termijn rapportage t.b.v. consolidatie internationaal en fiscale planning - Verzorgen van relatiebeheer - Signaleren van fiscale kansen en risico's bij klanten - Zelfstandig verzorgen van adviesvraagstukken - Voeren van bezwaar en beroepsprocedures Kwalificaties Solowski Consultancy BV biedt dienstverlening op het hoogste niveau.
