Als Juridisch-Fiscaal Expert ben je de sparringpartner waar cliënten op bouwen. Of het nu gaat om complexe vennootschapsrechtelijke vraagstukken, fiscale optimalisaties of juridische geschillen - jij zet complexiteit om in duidelijkheid. Je doet dit samen met een hecht team van 30 collega's die elk vanuit hun eigen expertise bijdragen aan een sterk geheel.

Wat staat er op jouw agenda?

  • Juridische adviezen en vennootschapsrechtelijke verslagen opstellen die het verschil maken voor de cliënt.
  • Contracten uitwerken en cliënten stap voor stap begeleiden bij overnames en herstructureringen.
  • Fiscale dossiers behandelen: van bezwaarschriften tot rulingaanvragen.
  • Cliënten bijstaan in (buitengerechtelijke) geschillen - als hun juridisch houvast.
  • De interne kenniscultuur voeden via inspirerende sessies en scherp geschreven nieuwsbrieven.

Wie ben jij?

  • Houder van een master Rechten, idealiter aangevuld met een specialisatie in vennootschaps- of fiscaal recht.
  • Iemand met 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een juridisch-fiscale context.
  • Communicatief sterk, klantgericht in de aanpak en consequent in de kwaliteit van je werk.
