Jij bent dé sparringpartner voor burgers en hun adviseurs. Complex en uitdagend? Zeker, maar dat maakt jouw baan juist zo leuk. Bovendien krijg je een uitgebreid inwerktraject. Zo groei je snel in jouw rol. - Financieel/ economisch / Fiscaal - Reageer t/m 22 oktober 2026 Dit doe je bij de Belastingdienst Je behandelt aangiften, vragen en bezwaarschriften op het gebied van de inkomstenbelasting. Je onderzoekt dossiers en neemt beslissingen op basis van feiten en regels. Je legt je keuzes duidelijk uit aan burgers en hun adviseurs. Je hebt regelmatig contact met belastingplichtigen. Je luistert goed en geeft duidelijke uitleg. Je zoekt naar oplossingen binnen de regels. Soms vraagt een zaak om maatwerk. Dan overleg je met collega's of specialisten. Het doel: handhaving van de geldende regels en iedereen die belasting moet betalen passende aandacht geven. Je werkt samen in een team en deelt kennis in overleggen en werkgroepen. Zo verbeteren jullie samen het werk en de kwaliteit. Naast je inhoudelijke fiscale werkzaamheden vervul je in deze rol ook een belangrijke coachende en verbindende functie binnen het team. Je begeleidt en leidt (nieuwe) collega's op, deelt actief je kennis en draagt bij aan hun professionele ontwikkeling. Daarbij neem je een voortrekkersrol in overleggen: je initieert en leidt bijeenkomsten, brengt structuur aan en zorgt voor duidelijke besluitvorming. Ook verzorg je presentaties, waarin je complexe fiscale onderwerpen toegankelijk maakt voor verschillende doelgroepen.
