Wij zoeken iemand die samen met ons ondernemers verder wil brengen. Jij bent de expert op het gebied van loonheffingen en grensoverschrijdende arbeid. Wij investeren in jouw ontwikkeling, zodat je je nog verder ontwikkelt als expert. Bij aaff ben je geen tandwiel in de machine, maar het kloppend hart dat alles in beweging houdt! Wat ga je doen als fiscalist loonheffing bij aaff Tilburg? Als specialist loonheffing bij aaff adviseer je klanten over complexe fiscale en sociale zekerheidsvraagstukken en help je bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe adviesdiensten. Met jouw tomeloze ambitie help jij aaff sneller groeien dan onze 50 vestigingen. Je werkt niet vanuit één vaste locatie, maar bent actief op meerdere kantoren in de regio. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe adviesproducten, gericht op grensoverschrijdende arbeid. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met de acquisitie van nieuwe opdrachten. Hiervoor is overtuigingskracht, klantgerichtheid en een resultaatgerichte instelling nodig. Tegelijkertijd blijf je up-to-date via kennisgroepen en bijeenkomsten afgestemd op jpuw specialisme en ervaringsniveau, zodat je blijft groeien in je vakgebied. Bij aaff bouwen we samen aan een betekenisvolle toekomst en duurzame relaties. Of je nu werkt met start-ups, familiebedrijven of gevestigde ondernemingen. Bij aaff krijg je meer dan een baan: je bouwt mee als co-eigenaar. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Klanten adviseren over complexe fiscale - en sociale zekerheidsvraagstukken.

- Acquisitie van nieuwe opdrachten, door zelfstandig klanten te benaderen en samen te werken met relatiemanager.

- Collega’s informeren en inspireren zodat ze up to date blijven van loonheffingen.

- Het ontwikkelen van innovatieve adviesproducten gericht op grensoverschrijdende arbeid.
