o Valoración inicial del usuario

o Entrevista con el usuario sobre estilo de vida, antecedentes médicos, objetivos personales, etc. Evaluación mediante diferentes test. Planteamiento de objetivos y actividades.

o Control postural de los usuarios y los trabajadores o Corrección de la postura e indicaciones y consejos.

o Realizar sesiones de fisioterapia grupales o Realizar sesiones de fisioterapia individuales

o Gestión y supervisión del área del gimnasio del centro

o Seguimiento semestral PAI. Evaluación mediante diversos tests. Planteamiento de objetivos y actividades en función de los resultados.

o Valoración de los usuarios tras una caída en el centro o domicilio. Interrogatorio y evaluación mediante diversos tests.

o Realizar listado de paseos programados. Indicar/ recomendar usuarios que necesitan más movilidad.

o Recomendaciones a los usuarios. Qué deben hacer en casa tanto ejercicios como control postural.

o Planificación de actividades alternativas para los periodos de su ausencia (vacaciones, bajas…) y que puedan ejecutar tanto el resto del equipo técnico como auxiliares.

o Registro diario de las sesiones grupales, la fisioterapia individual y seguimientos cuando es necesario.

o Formación de personal del centro. Elaboración de la formación, exposición y examen final.

o Pautar la forma correcta de hacer los traslados. Informar, orientar y formar al equipo para que sepan quienes son los usuarios que necesitan apoyo, acompañamiento o supervisión durante los traslados y que estos se realicen de forma correcta con el fin de

evitar caídas en el centro.

o Apoyo a los familiares.

o Puesta en común desde el área de fisioterapia al resto del equipo. Reuniones
