En Salus Mayores, acompañamos a las personas mayores en su proceso de rehabilitación, autonomía y bienestar desde un abordaje humano, especializado y multidisciplinar.

Buscamos un/a Fisioterapeuta con vocación real por el cuidado en geriatría, ganas de crecer y de aportar valor a nuestros centros de día en Madrid.

✅ Principales Responsabilidades

Realizar tratamientos y técnicas rehabilitadoras conforme a las prescripciones médicas. Participar activamente en el equipo multidisciplinar, realizando pruebas y valoraciones relacionadas con el área de fisioterapia. Llevar a cabo el seguimiento y evaluación de los tratamientos aplicados, adaptándolos según la evolución de cada usuario/a. Conocer, evaluar e informar sobre los tratamientos propios de la especialidad, utilizando recursos externos si fuese necesario. Estar al día y familiarizarse con los recursos específicos del área, así como con los disponibles dentro del ámbito territorial. Asistir a reuniones y sesiones de trabajo convocadas por el centro. Colaborar en programas de formación e información tanto para familias como para personal institucional. Asesorar a otros profesionales en movilizaciones y tratamientos fisioterapéuticos. Participar en sesiones de revisión y evaluación de tratamientos junto al equipo.

Requisitos

Titulación oficial en Fisioterapia y capacidad legal para ejercer la profesión. Valorable experiencia previa en entornos similares. Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Buena comunicación y destreza en el trato con personas mayores. Disponibilidad e interés en participar en formación continua.

Requisito mínimo: conocimientos en fisioterapia neurológica. Preferiblemente: Conocimientos de fisioterapia neurológica aplicados a geriatría. Ofrecemos
