Fitness Instructeur - Soest De baanSport is voor jou meer dan bewegen: het is plezier, gezondheid en motivatie. Als Fitness Instructeur ben jij degene die onze bezoekers coacht, enthousiasmeert en motiveert. Jij legt niet alleen oefeningen uit, maar weet ook het verhaal erachter te vertellen: waarom een oefening belangrijk is, hoe iemand sterker wordt of blessures voorkomt. Jouw persoonlijke benadering maakt dat sporters zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt op de fitnessvloer: je houdt een oogje in het zeil, beantwoordt vragen, en geeft tips die net dat extra zetje geven. Voor jou is geen dag hetzelfde: de ene keer begeleid je iemand die zijn eerste stappen in de fitness zet, de andere keer help je een ervaren sporter zijn training naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Voor de senior-rol geldt: jij bewaakt de kwaliteit, neemt collega’s mee in vernieuwingen en zorgt ervoor dat ons fitnessaanbod steeds beter aansluit bij de wensen van onze gasten. Ons aanbod- Bruto maandloon tussen de €2.694,89 en €2.999,84 (o.b.v. 38 uur & afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring) conform de zwembaden cao; - Je hebt TOFfe collega’s die niets liever doen dan samenwerken, in oplossingen denken en vooral veel fun willen hebben; - Je kunt jezelf ontwikkelen binnen en buiten je vakgebied via de Optisport Academy. Denk hierbij o.a. aan zwemopleidingen, diverse kwartaal- en gastgerichtheidstrainingen; - Je krijgt niet alleen korting op zwemmen en schaatsen bij Optisport, maar ook op reizen, mode, elektronica en meer; - Je brengt onze bezoekers in beweging en levert daardoor een waardevolle bijdrage aan hun vitaliteit; - Je kunt, als je wilt, werken op meerdere Optisport locaties in diverse functies; - Reiskostenvergoeding. Wat we van jou verwachten- Een afgeronde MBO niveau 3 of 4 opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van Sport & Bewegen / Fitness & Health; - Aantoonbare ervaring als fitness instructeur; - Kennis van trainingsleer en het opstellen van schema’s;

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
