Wat houdt je job als Fitness Sales en Coach in?

  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor het klantenbestand bij LAGO CLUB
  • Je prioriteit is het uitbouwen van een klantenbestand voor LAGO CLUB door de verkoop van onze producten (abonnementen, coachings, groepslessen...). Je doet aan gerichte marketingacties, (telefonische) acquisities, opvolgen van leads, adviserende verkoop bij nieuwe klanten. Je handelt de verkoop van nieuwe abonnementen van A tot Z af.
  • Kwaliteitsvolle meerwaarde
  • Je onderzoekt en ontwerpt kwaliteitsvolle fitnessprogramma’s. Je volgt klanten op en adviseert hen over eventuele extra’s. Je doet een opvolging van de verkoopresultaten en je stuurt bij indien nodig. Je streeft ernaar maandelijkse targets te behalen.
  • Ondersteuning van de LAGO CLUB Manager
  • Je denkt mee na over nieuwe initiatieven om de werking van LAGO CLUB naar een NOG hoger niveau te tillen. Dagelijkse rapportage aan de LAGO CLUB Manager.
  • Coach & begeleider Je stelt verantwoorde trainingsprogramma’s op die je nadien bespreekt en uitlegt aan de clubleden. Je past je aan, aan de wensen en doelen van de leden. Je ondersteunt de leden door hen te coachen en begeleiden doorheen hun fitnessavontuur. Je neemt de tijd om ieder clublid wegwijs te maken in het gebruik van de verschillende toestellen. Je geeft regelmatig small group training (of groepslessen)

  • Je bent sterk in het leggen van contacten waardoor je flexibel, klant- en servicegericht te werk gaat. Door jouw empathisch vermogen en mensenkennis schat je gemakkelijk in waar klanten nood aan hebben
  • Analytisch & commercieel
  • Je pakt graag uit met je organisatorische vaardigheden en ziet het uitbouwen van een klantenbestand als een leuke uitdaging. Je bent cijfermatig ingesteld om de vooropgestelde targets te behalen Je bent commercieel ingesteld waardoor je resultaat gericht te werk gaat.
  • Je bezit een flinke dosis inlevingsvermogen.
  • Zowel met bezoekers als collega’s ga je diplomatisch en (klant)vriendelijk om. Je kan je verplaatsen in de leefwereld van onze bezoekers en kan je volop inleven in de situatie en omstandigheden van teamleden en collega’s.
  • Hulpvaardig en betrokken
  • Teamleden en collega’s kunnen altijd op jou rekenen. Bij problemen groot of klein zal je er altijd voor hen zijn en ga je samen met hen op zoek naar creatieve oplossingen.
  • Flexibel
  • Je wil werken in een flexibele werkomgeving: het centrum heeft ruime openingsuren en dit 7 dagen op 7. Zelf werk je 19u/week. Over hoeveel dagen dit verspreid wordt, wordt besproken in een kennismakingsgesprek.
  • Je kijkt uit naar een job in een warme en leuke omgeving.
  • Je voelt je op en top in een team waar er eens goed gelachen wordt.
  • Sportief Je sport regelmatig en je hebt een fitte, gezonde levensstijl. Je hebt een hoger diploma Lichamelijke opvoeding, Kinesitherapie of een andere specifiek erkende fitnessopleiding om jouw passie voor fitness op een correcte en efficiënte manier uit te voeren. Een diploma Hoger redder is een pluspunt!
