Dan hebben we een mooie stageplek voor jou. Bij De Fitte zoeken we een 2e- of 3e-jaars HBO-stagiair(e) voor onze Sales-afdeling. Iemand die niet bang is om de telefoon te pakken, kansen ziet en het leuk vindt om mee te bouwen aan commerciële projecten. Je stage is breed: van het opvolgen van leads en ondersteunen bij salestrajecten tot projectmanagement en het organiseren van commerciële activiteiten. We kijken graag samen waar jouw talenten en interesses liggen. Wat ga je doen? Als stagiair(e) draai je mee in ons commerciële team en krijg je de kans om verschillende kanten van sales te ontdekken. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld aan de slag met: - Leads & acquisitie: je helpt bij het opvolgen, kwalificeren en benaderen van leads en ontdekt hoe je van een potentiële klant een echte klant maakt. - Sales support: je ondersteunt onze accountmanagers bij offertes, klantvragen, presentaties en commerciële voorbereidingen. - Projectmanagement: je helpt bij het organiseren en begeleiden van projecten en zorgt dat acties en afspraken goed worden opgevolgd. - Relatiebeheer: je denkt mee over hoe we bestaande klanten optimaal kunnen helpen en commerciële kansen kunnen herkennen. - Salesprocessen: je denkt mee over hoe we onze commerciële processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen maken. - Commerciële projecten: afhankelijk van jouw interesses krijg je de ruimte om een eigen project op te pakken. Kortom: geen stage waarbij je alleen meekijkt. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, gaat zelf aan de slag en ontdekt welke kant van sales het beste bij jou past.
