Votre mission principale en tant que Fitter - Assembler est d'assurer l'assemblage des pièces de structures d'aéronefs.

Responsabilités :

  • Analyser les dossiers de production et les fiches d'instructions associées ;
  • Assembler et ajuster des pièces de structures d'aéronefs avec pour principales activités le perçage et l'alésage de trous, l'ébavurage, l'étanchement et le montage des différents types de fixations

Vous aurez également la responsabilité de :

  • Veiller aux normes de qualité EN9100 et de la norme environnementale ISO 14001
  • Réaliser des auto-contrôles rigoureux pour garantir la qualité et la conformité du travail
  • Transférer ses compétences et connaissances aux nouveaux membres de l'équipe afin de favoriser un environnement d'apprentissage continu et de soutien mutuel
  • Gérer des données et situations confidentielles
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité, santé et environnement
  • Signaler les risques et appliquer les procédures pour prévenir les incidents

Formation(s) / Expérience :

Etudes : Vous avez accompli une formation technique (en mécanique auto, menuiserie...) ou faites preuve d'une expérience équivalente.

Expérience souhaitée : dans le domaine technique

Compétences :

  • Vous faites preuve de sens des responsabilités, de rigueur, de minutie, de motivation et de capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Vous maintenez votre poste de travail propre et ordonné
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et êtes disponible pour travailler en horaire à pauses
  • Vous êtes apte à travailler en équipe sous la supervision d'un ou de plusieurs Team-Leader
  • Vous êtes résistant au stress et à la pression de la production

Techniques :

  • Vous avez une connaissance en lecture des plans
  • Vous avez une connaissance des techniques d'assemblage (ajustage, perçage , alésage montage des fixations)
  • La possession d'un brevet pont roulant est un plus

Informatiques : La connaissance de base en informatique est un plus.
