Als fitter/constructiebankwerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en bewerken van stalen constructiedelen. Je werkt volgens technische tekeningen en draagt zorg voor nauwkeurige uitvoering van de opdrachten. Je werkt zelfstandig en levert maatwerk waar vakmanschap voorop staat. Een gemiddelde dag bestaat uit het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen, het voorbereiden van materialen, het bedienen van CNC-gestuurde machines en het uitvoeren van diverse bewerkingen aan staal. Je voert regelmatig maat- en kwaliteitscontroles uit en signaleert afwijkingen tijdig. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een veilige en nette werkplek en draag je actief bij aan het succes van het team.

- Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en instructies

- Voorbereiden en samenstellen van staalconstructies

- Controleren van materialen en gereedschappen

- Richten, persen en buigen van stalen onderdelen

- Bedienen van CNC-gestuurde machines

- Uitvoeren van maat- en kwaliteitscontroles

- Signaleren van afwijkingen en uitvoeren van nabewerkingen

- Afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld metaaltechniek of werktuigbouwkunde

- Ervaring als fitter, constructiebankwerker, metaalbewerker of machinebouwer

- Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen

- Kennis van maatvoering en technische productiemethoden

- Nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding

- Technisch inzicht en oog voor kwaliteit

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
