As a Flavour Operator, youmonitor the seasoning process and work with the frying and packing operators to deliver consistent flavour. What you will do What we offerPrepare the seasoning. Check the correct seasoning andrecipe, and get the required materials ready. Set the dosage. Operate the seasoning equipment andmonitor the dosage and even distribution of seasoning. Check quality. Check the seasoned product againstspecifications and make adjustments when needed. Manage changeovers. Carry out flavour changes andcleaning according to work instructions, payingattention to allergens. Keep accurate records. Record seasoning used, checksand deviations on the relevant forms. Improve together. Coordinate product flow withcolleagues and keep the workplace safe and clean. About youYou have completed a Dutch MBO vocational qualificationand have relevant work experience. You set up machinesaccurately, enjoy learning and work well with others toachieve results. You take initiative and pride in the productyou make. Pay scale G: € 2,550 - € 3,400 gross per month, plus6.7% shift allowance. Including allowance: € 2,720.85 -€ 3,627.80, depending on experience. Travel allowance: € 0.23 per km for a one-waycommute of 10-40 km. Time off: 20 days of annual leave for full-time staff;option to buy 5 extra days. Pension: a 50/50 contribution arrangement.
