Voor een bedrijf in de automotive met een familiaal karakter zoeken we een Fleet Advisor die zal instaan voor de verkoop van nieuwe wagen alsook fleet.

Wat houdt de functie van Fleet Advisor / autoverkoper in?

Als Fleet Advisor ben jij het gezicht van de showroom en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers. Je luistert naar de wensen van klanten en begeleidt hen naar een wagen die aansluit bij hun behoeften, verwachtingen en financiële mogelijkheden. Dankzij jouw commerciële talent en interesse in de automobielsector creëer je een professionele en aangename aankoopervaring.

Naast de particuliere verkoop speel je ook een belangrijke rol binnen de fleetactiviteiten. Je beheert bestaande klantrelaties en breidt het klantenbestand verder uit door actief nieuwe zakelijke opportuniteiten te creëren.

Jouw taken:

  • Ontvangen van klanten en in kaart brengen van hun behoeften.
  • Verstrekken van deskundig advies over voertuigen, uitrustingen en prijsvoorwaarden.
  • Opvolgen en beheren van inkomende leads.
  • Voorstellen uitwerken rond financierings- en betaalformules.
  • Voertuigen demonstreren en proefritten inplannen.
  • Opstellen van offertes en afronden van verkoopdossiers.
  • Klanten informeren over leasing- en financieringsoplossingen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van bestellingen en contracten.
  • Organiseren van de voertuiglevering en geven van een uitgebreide uitleg over de functies van de wagen.

Wat verwachten we van jou als Fleet Advisor?

Voor deze functie zoeken we een commerciële professional met een passie voor de automobielsector en een sterke focus op klanttevredenheid.

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring opgebouwd in de verkoop van voertuigen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Actief prospecteren zie je als een uitdaging. Naast de verkoop van nieuwe voertuigen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van een B2B-fleetklantenbestand.
  • Een klantgerichte aanpak zit in je DNA en je legt gemakkelijk contact met nieuwe klanten.
  • Je gaat gestructureerd te werk, volgt leads nauwkeurig op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van elk dossier.
  • Werken op zaterdag vormt voor jou geen probleem. Je bent dan beschikbaar van 9.00 u tot 17.00 u.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
