Ben jij een ervaren fleet professional met een passie voor efficiënt wagenparkbeheer en procesoptimalisatie? Heb je ervaring met een omvangrijke vloot van bedrijfswagens en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen en krijg je energie van het onderhandelen met verschillende stakeholders? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Als Fleet Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer en de optimalisatie van een omvangrijk wagenpark bestaande uit bedrijfswagens en rollend materieel zoals camionettes. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle voertuigen operationeel, conform de regelgeving en kostenefficiënt worden beheerd.

Daarnaast neem je een actieve rol op in verbeterings- en digitaliseringstrajecten binnen fleet management en werk je nauw samen met interne klanten, leveranciers, leasingmaatschappijen, verzekeraars en externe partners.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheer van een grote vloot bedrijfswagens en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen.
  • Coördineren van A tot Z: bestelling, levering, gebruik, onderhoud en uitdienstname.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van schade- en verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van verkeersboetes en administratieve dossiers.
  • Analyseren van fleetgegevens en identificeren van optimalisatiekansen.
  • Uitwerken en implementeren van procesverbeteringen binnen fleet management.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leasingmaatschappijen, garages, verzekeraars en andere leveranciers.
  • Onderhandelen over tarieven en contractuele afspraken.
  • Adviseren van medewerkers en management rond fleetbeleid en mobiliteitsoplossingen.
  • Opvolgen van budgetten, kosten en KPI's.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van wetgeving, interne procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende vestigingen; ervaring in een multisite-omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimum 4 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen fleet management.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met het beheer van een grote vloot van bedrijfswagens en/of rollend materieel.
  • Ervaring met systeemoptimalisaties, procesverbeteringstrajecten of digitaliseringsprojecten.
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en ervaring met diverse externe partners.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om data om te zetten in concrete verbeteracties.
  • Hands-on, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Vlot in de omgang met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Ervaring binnen een multisite-organisatie is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van courante MS Office-toepassingen en fleet management systemen.
