Je verwerkt gegevens uit verschillende systemen en zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct, volledig en actueel beschikbaar is. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert wanneer zaken niet goed lopen en denkt mee over oplossingen die bijdragen aan een efficiënte werkwijze en een goede dienstverlening. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij uiteenlopende projecten gericht op het verbeteren van processen, systemen en werkwijzen. Je helpt bestaande processen in kaart te brengen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en ondersteunt bij de implementatie hiervan. Ook bij grotere projecten binnen de organisatie speel je een ondersteunende rol en zorg je mede voor een soepele uitvoering. Je hebt veel contact met verschillende afdelingen binnen Boels en met internationale collega's en partners. Hierdoor ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen operatie, fleetbeheer en support. Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken, verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen en samen tot de beste oplossing te komen. Affiniteit met techniek en machines is hierbij een pré. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent flexibel en kunt goed omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten in een dynamische omgeving. Met jouw gestructureerde werkwijze, nauwkeurigheid en gedreven instelling zie je waar zaken beter kunnen en pak je dit actief op. Je neemt initiatief, communiceert makkelijk en werkt graag samen met collega's. Samen met jouw manager werk je aan verschillende verbeterinitiatieven en ondersteun je bij analyses en rapportages. Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling en draagt bij aan doelstellingen die gericht zijn op de verdere professionalisering en groei van Boels DIY.
